The iCalendar functionality allows you to view your jobs in a calendar application that supports iCal–Gmail for example. Once set up, any job allocated to you will populate your calendar application.

Refreshing Calendar Data
The default IOS calendar can be configured to fetch or refresh data every 15, 30, or 60 minutes–or it can be manually updated (by closing and reopening the calendar app). To configure the refresh period locate “Fetch New Data” in “Accounts” the settings for your IOS calendar.
Note
At the time of writing, 3rd-Party calendar data is only refreshed about once a day in Google Calendar. For Outlook, it can take 3 hours or so. If you are after real-time updates, these may not be your best options.
