Once you’re confirmed for a shift, navigate to the Agenda view and find your upcoming shift using the daily, weekly or monthly calendar.
Click on the confirmed job to open it and view more details. You will see a blue button labelled Check In.
- Tap the Check In button when you are ready to start your assignment.
The job label will now read Checked In, and the blue button will update to Clock In.
- Tap Clock In button to set the start time of the shift.
The job label will now read In Progress, and the button will now appear green with the label Clock Out.
- Tap Clock Out to mark the job as Complete.
You can view the start time and duration of your job.
You are able to update the start and end times of your shift after it has been completed. To do so, follow the instructions below.
After a job has been completed, tap Actions then Manage Times to adjust the start and end times of the job. The start time is under the Clock In section and the end time is under Clock Out. Click the checkmark in the top right to save your update(s).
