Add Unavailability
In the upper right hand corner of the app, you will see a big plus sign. Tap the plus sign and select Unavailability to add your unavailability.
To create your unavailability, you will need to input the following information:
- Unavailability type. Click the field and choose from the options to label your unavailability.
- Date and time. Input the start date/time and end date/time. If your availability is for a day, toggle the “All day” switch to avoid putting in the start and end times.
- Notes. Write in any notes you would like.
- Save. Tap the checkmark at the top right to save your unavailability.
Once saved, you will be able to view the unavailability event in your daily agenda and calendar view.
For a full list of your availability and unavailability events, tap on the Availability tab at the bottom of the app. This will take you to a calendar view of your availability. Tap the Requests tab at the top to see a list of your unavailability events.
Important
When you tap the plus sign, you will see an option to create a new activity or unavailability. Please do not add your activity. At this time, NurseRegistry does not use the activity feature—any information will not be seen by the NurseRegistry team.
